Services

We provide professional home improvement services. Our services include but are not limited to painting, cabinet refinishing and general repairs.

Estimates And Quotes

We offer free estimates for all projects. Our estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and may change after an on-site assessment. The final quote will be provided before work begins. Any changes in scope may result in adjustments to the quote.

Booking And Payment

To secure our services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

Cancellation And Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Customer Responsibilities

It's important that the customer ensures access to the property, provides clear instructions, and communicates any specific requirements.

Liability

While we take all necessary precautions to protect your property during the painting process, we are not liable for any damage to belongings, plants, or structures that are not directly related to our work.

Governing Law

These terms of service and any disputes are governed by the laws of New York.

Empire Cabinet Revival SMS Notifications & Alerts

Upon opting in, users can expect to receive appointment notifications, alerts and occasional marketing messages from Empire Cabinet Revival.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to contact@empirecabinetrevival.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
